Return period

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

Spain (Mainland)

Europe, UK, Canary Islands & Balearic Islands

For all returns and exchanges:

The customer covers the return shipping cost.

Product conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• New, unworn, and undamaged.
• Returned with the original box, tags, and full packaging.
• Free from odors, marks, or creasing.

Used or damaged items cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the same payment method used at checkout.

Processing time: 7–10 business days after the item is received and inspected.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns of:

• Used items
• Items without their original packaging
• Items returned outside the 14-day period
